This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are excellent and the amenities provided are well worth the cost. The location directly on the shore of the lake is simply stunning and provides a beautiful backdrop for a relaxing stay. The staff here are friendly and attentive, making sure that all your needs are taken care of. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with two separate beds, which is perfect for groups or families. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the beautiful surroundings.

The environment - beautiful nature at the lake, accomodation - wonderful spacious apartements equipped according to principles feng-suej. The photos here do not lie. This place is ideal for a vacation with children. We stayed there only for one night on the way home from Italy but I can imagine spending the whole week there.

There was a problem with reservation, they told us at the reception they have no reservation from Booked.net! But they had free apartements so we could stay there for the reduced price promised by Booked.net. So we were satisfied. Another disadvantage is the price for the breakfast. 11 euro per person seems too much. Fortunately there is big kitchen in the apartement equipped even with coffemaker so there was no need to pay for breakfast.

We love sunbathing, and this hotel had beach access right on the lake, allowing us to take a dip in the clear waters at any time. We could even eat some delicious meals while enjoying the open air beach view from the restaurant. the cable car was easily accessible, providing a surreal view of the surrounding, the mountains and the lake.

The gym was dated and offered limited options for a good workout.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location right on the shore of the lake is a major plus, providing a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds that ensure a good night's sleep.

Everything was in order, no improvements necessary.

The hotel and the whole resort is greatly located, with direct access to the beautiful and peaceful Ossiacher Lake. The atmosphere is very familiar and relaxed. The grass beach is full os shades coming from secular trees, perfect to relax. The restaurant is surprisingly good in offering Austrian specialties. From the resort you can start many sport activities on the lake and around the lake: ideal to go cycling and running!

The only real disappointing point is the lack of blinds at the windows, with the light entering the rooms at dawn: if you're used to sleep in the darkness it will not be so easy to adapt.

The Christmas atmosphere was cozy and warm, with lovely decorations and lights throughout the property. the on-site restaurant served exceptionally delicious food, especially the traditional Christmas dishes. the views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and the location was convenient with easy access to nearby ski slopes and winter activities.

The accommodations were disappointing. the room was outdated and in need of renovation, with uncomfortable beds and a lack of amenities.

We loved our stay here! The hotel provided us with everything we needed, including a clean apartment with a kitchen, living room, dining room, and terrace. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed using their beach, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated directly on the lake's shore, and we had easy access to transportation and cable car nearby. The staff was also incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The views around the place are stunning and perfect for a relaxing Easter break. The food served on-site is fresh and delicious. Plus, we got free access to kayaks and paddleboards, which was an added bonus. The location of the place was great, close to local amenities, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The gym on-site was very basic and outdated, and the pool changing rooms could have been cleaner. The apartments were quite old and dusty, and the equipment in the kitchen smelled of dust.
